As a frustrated hacker, the mental side of golf always lets me down. NLP allowed me to understand why I react to certain situations 18 holes can produce, it provided techniques for controlling those emotions and most importantly taught me skills for staying positive. This has been beneficial not only on the range and on the course but I’ve also applied them at work too!
